A whole level of value is trapped. My work is setting it free.

There is latent, untapped value in people, in businesses, in whole industries: value trapped by software, by process, and by systems, and unrecoverable until now. AI can finally set it free, and someone has to lead the unlocking. That is who I coach: the AI leaders, the people who decide to prosper from this disruption instead of being run over by it. Every leader who learns to unlock trapped value raises the prosperity and quality of life of the people their business serves, employs, and supplies. That is the point of all of it.

The story

For twelve years I founded and ran a consulting practice and GTM agency for global enterprises: Dell, AMD, Telus, Rogers Communications, BlackBerry, Cisco, AWS, Citrix, and Teradata, to name a sampling of a much longer roster. The work was always the same underneath: increase revenue and decrease cost by creating, capturing, delivering, and sustaining value. Run that loop enough times at enterprise scale and it stops being engagements and becomes a model. That model is the Value Stream OS on this site.

Then I spent years in SaaS and met the other half of the story: capable people spending their days working for the software instead of the business. I started calling it the software tax, and every operator I said it to knew exactly what I meant. When AI arrived, the two halves snapped together. The plays I had built for the Fortune 500 no longer required a Fortune 500 to run, and the operating layer eating everyone's margin was finally removable. That is what became The 2026 AI Strategy, the frameworks, and the coaching practice: helping leaders of $50 million to $500 million businesses run the plays that used to require a giant's headcount.

The business outcome is the margin coming back. The human outcome is bigger: the leader who runs a rebuild becomes an AI leader, one of the people who know how to run a company this way. That capability compounds for the rest of their career, and it is the thing I am actually coaching.

The firm behind the delivery

The coaching sits on the strategy layer: which value to create, capture, deliver, and sustain, which stage stalls, which play runs first. The build-and-run layer is not a handoff to strangers.
