Plain language on what happens to your answers when you use the free diagnostics on this site: the Risk Read, the Software Tax Calculator, and the Executive AI Portfolio Scorecard.
Version 1 · Effective July 29, 2026
The diagnostics are provided by Cosmo Mariano (cosmomariano.com) together with XSparks (a Global AI Transformation Firm, xsparks.ai). When you submit a diagnostic, both receive your responses and act as the parties responsible for them.
Only what the tool asks for: the answers you enter, and, where a tool requests it, your name, work email, and organization. We do not collect more than what you see on the form, and you can use any tool to see your own on-screen result without submitting anything.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your identifiable responses with anyone outside Cosmo Mariano and XSparks. We do not use your data for automated decisions that affect you.
Any benchmark, report, or study we publish or present uses aggregated data only. Individual, identifiable responses are used solely to deliver and discuss your own results with you.
We keep your responses only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your identifiable data at any time; the anonymized, aggregated form (which cannot identify you) may remain in study datasets.
Consent is voluntary. You can withdraw it, and you can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. These rights reflect Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25) and similar frameworks. To exercise any of them, email cosmo@xsparks.ai.
By checking the consent box and submitting a diagnostic, you agree to the use of your data as described here. If you do not agree, please do not submit; you can still use the tools to see your own results on screen. This notice may be updated; the version and date above tell you which one applies.
