The Risk Read · Free · Yours within two business days

Find the pressure point costing you most.

Every business carries the five pressures in a different order: the Software Tax, the Capacity Ceiling, the Leaky Bucket, Flying Blind, and Moat Inversion. The Risk Read ranks them for your business and names the one where the most recoverable money likely sits. And where your business fits the work I do, I go further: a full briefing on your largest exposure, prepared the way I prepare for board rooms, presented to you live in twenty minutes.

I prepare each read personally from public information and your answers here. No obligation attached. I never share your address.

What you get

The read

Your five pressure points, ranked, with the reasoning shown. Where the biggest recoverable cost likely sits in a business of your size, sector, and shape. Delivered by email, yours to keep and share with your team.

The briefing

Where the fit is there, your largest exposure gets the full treatment: the specific threat to your business, the evidence, and the plays that answer it. Prepared for your company by name, presented live at the walkthrough. You keep the deck after we talk it through.

The next question

Every read and every briefing ends the same way: the single question your leadership team should answer next, and the fastest way to check my work against your own numbers.

A read, not an audit

Honesty about the method: I build your read from what is publicly visible about your business and from what you tell me in the form. It will tell you where to look first. It will not replace looking. If your business keeps a low public profile, the read gets thinner, and I will say so rather than pad it. Every claim is sourced, reasoned from businesses your size, or marked as my judgment, and every briefing carries a section titled "what we might have wrong."

Why free? Same answer as the ebook: you should not have to pay to find out what is wrong.

Five pressures. One of them is yours.
